IHeartRadio telah mengumumkan penyanyi yang akan memeriahkan acara ini pada tanggal 4 Januari yaitu Bruno Mars yang mendapatkan nominasi kaegori social voted cover song.
Drake mendapatkan 12 nominasi di antaranya Song Of The Year, Male Artist Of The Year, Hip-hop Artist Of The Year,Hip-hop Song Of The Year dan lain-lain. Sedangkan The Chainsmokers mendapatkan 11 nominasi di antaranya Song Of The Year,Best Duo/Group Of The Year dan lain-lain.
